QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

This role works closely with Accounting, Finance, HR, Compliance, and other internal support groups.
The ideal candidate will have the acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities, balancing long term projects with the urgency of daily operations. He or she must have the proven ability to deal with confidential information and behave with the highest level of integrity at all times. Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute tasks with a high attention to detail are requirements for this role. The applicant must display the skills to collaborate within a team, build strong and sustainable relationships, and interact within all levels of the organization.

Education, Experience & Training required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting,  business administration, statistics preferred
  • Minimum 3 years HR Administrative and payroll operations experience required
  • Intermediate Level of English knowledge 

Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of applicable federal and state wage and tax laws, benefits administration, and compliance regulations surrounding payroll
  • Preferred experience working with payroll vendors and payroll applications
  • Expatriate payroll processing experience
  • Experience on document management and archiving
  • Experience on payroll reporting
  • Experience working with equity compensation plans
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of how payroll drives accounting/general ledger transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service; interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, and professionalism

JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Ensures integration from HR Shared Services is loaded and audited with 100% accuracy.
    • Supports all payroll systems are configured properly to assure accurate gross to net processing, including all earnings, statutory tax withholdings, and deductions as these change over time.
    • Uploads and audits all earnings, including hours worked, exception time, commission and bonus payments, and long-term incentive vesting and paymentsdeductions and garnishments.
    • Responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
    • Runs audit reports and post-payroll reports, including General Ledger integration files.
    • Ensures accurate and timely accounting, recordkeeping and management of payroll related data; performs audits and reconciliations of payroll information.
    • Responds to provide information necessary for compliance , internal audit and corporate financial controls.
    • Organizes and reviews forms associated with federal, state, and local authorities.
    • Assist with the integration of newly acquired organizations and the setup of new operations.
    • Recommends process improvements to enhance efficiency.
    • Supports the implementation of payroll-related initiatives and projects.
    • Prioritize and solve problems with limited supervision.
    • Other projects as assigned
    • Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies
    • Carry out the corresponds with the 3. parties (such as SSI)
    • Absence and overtime tracking
    • Manages the employee personnel folders per the required archiving standards
    • Records the onboarding documents in the HR Systems
    • Delivers the onboarding and termination documents on time and uploads to the HR systems.
    • Reports payroll related figures and employee data
    • Contributes to vendor management tasks
