Production Planning & Purchase Engineer

We are looking for a Production Planning&Purchase Engineer for our global client which is leading in metal industry with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines. (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
• Advanced command of both written & spoken English,
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Production Planning, Purchasing and Logistics issues in manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of SAP. (Preferably),
• Good knowledge of Ms Office Program.
• It must have analytical and systematic thinking.
• Coordination and planning, management skills should be high,
• No obstacles for traveling,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Located in Gebze or İstanbul Asia.

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordination and organisation of all planning and purchasing activities which are relating with Operations to run the business effectively,
• Coordinate production planning according to orders and safety stock levels,
• Open WO’s for production and booking them in ERP,
• Coordinate CW stock planning according to forecasts, statistical data, customer orders and safety stock levels,
• Coordination of Purchasing activities relating with Operations Management,
• Contrat renewals and organising periodical meetings with related local suppliers,       
• Coordinate the relation with Foundry Europe Purchasing Management and lead buyers, 
• Open all PO’s (RMs, CW…) in ERP and follow up them,
• Good Receipt and Landed Costs in ERP when they are received in WH,
• Supplier evaluation follow-up,
• Looking for alternative local suppliers for RM’s,
• Coordinate SCAR database,
