Job Description:

• Providing leadership, direction and guidance to finance & accounting team in line with company’s policies and procedures, coaching and mentoring them by setting priorities and accomplishing goals; managing the operational activities of the department including budgets and financial goals
• IFRS Oversight: Manage the preparation of financial reports for the group, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining data integrity.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring bank transactions postings and checking bank trial balances with the treasury staff and prepare weekly cash flow reports.
• Tax: Planning and monitoring on month end and annual financial closing processes, Preparing and analyzing all financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement etc.), Maintaining Tax filings (Income tax, VAT, WHT and Stamp duty),
• Internal Controls: Establish and review internal controls to ensure effectiveness in safeguarding assets and maintaining data integrity.
• Auditor Liaison: Work closely with external auditors and advisors, facilitating audits and providing necessary information and support.
• Others: Coordinating Legal Procedures regarding General Assembles and Signature Circular Updates

Desired Skills:

• University degree (preferably in Economics, Finance and Business Administration)
• At least 3 years of experience in financial management role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High level of proficiency in multiple business systems and Microsoft applications.
• Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical thinking skills
• Disciplined, strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• High level of energy and commitment towards continual improvement
• Experience liaising with and advising stakeholders at various levels within a multinational environment.
• Having solid knowledge and experience of local GAAP & IFRS to perform requested analysis,
• Strong ability to apply several accounting and reporting systems
• Advanced Office experience, including advanced use of Excel
