To achieve this, you will:

·        Supervise and manage Production Department staff while ensuring effective coordination with other departments.

·        Plan budget and resources for current and new investments, prepare CAPEX plan

·        Lead continuous training and quality-focused development of Production Department staff.

·        Execute Production Plan based on sales orders.

·        Improve and digitize the production process, and integrate innovations into it.

·        Implement Lean Production/5S/Kobetsu-Kaizen/TPM/WCM practices and methods.

·        Utilize ERP System in production processes and prepare reports on department activities.

·        Ensure continuous operation of machinery and equipment.

Background and experience:

·        Engineering graduate with at least 3 years of production and management experience.

·        Knowledge about installation of new production lines and set-up new production teams

·        Proficient in technical drawing interpretation and MS Office.

·        Experience with Lean Production/5S/Kobetsu-Kaizen/TPM/WCM practices and methods.

·        Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, advanced analytical thinking, and communication abilities.

·        Team player with high morale and motivation, focused on solutions and customer satisfaction.

·        English proficiency at least B2/C1 level.

·        Demonstrates a high sense of responsibility.

·        Completion of military service for male candidates.
