QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Min 8 years of experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong computer skills, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS-Project or similar project management program
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- High analysis and reporting skills
- Fluency in English both written and ora
- Preferably living in Istanbul Asia side
Job Description
- Manage and maintain the execution of Digital marketing activities.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
- Prepare Digital Marketing budgets, determining target audiences, and submitting them for approval; monitor the realizations of the approved budget and targets.
- Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently and optimizing ROI
- Conduct competitor and market analysis and report regularly at certain periods.
- Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and drive insights on strategy and performance,
- Develop new ideas to improve campaign performance through strategies, bidding strategies, creative content, ad variations, keyword expansions, audience optimizations, and landing page optimizations,
- Optimization of lead management process, including media management, website design and A/B tests,
- Manage email marketing platforms.
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
