We are looking for a “Service Sales Engineer” based in İzmir for our multinational client operating in manufacturing industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service sales, field sales or customer management especially in the industrial products area,
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic parts
• Good command of English both in speaking & writing
• Proactive, customer oriented, having strong business tracking skills and a good team player,
• Having B driving license and active car driver, no obstacles for traveling

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the development of service by carrying out customer-oriented studies,
• Conducting regular visits to existing and potential customers in order to increase the service agreements in the region
• Supporting the customer in determining their needs, increase service sales potential and ensure customer satisfaction
• Preparing service proposals and contracts within the assigned region.
• Working closely with other internal teams such as Inside Sales, Technical Service, Field Sales and create the most effective service solution for the customers 
• Preparing regular visit/contract and other activity reports and share them with Service Sales Manager
