As a Graphic Designer at MechSoft, you will have a crucial role in defining our brand’s visual identity. This role needs someone with a proven history of turning ideas into engaging designs across different platforms. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visuals across various mediums.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, present, and execute creative ideas within set timelines.

- Maintain design consistency across all visual elements.

- Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity by creating brand books and style guides.

- Stay abreast of the latest design trends in the software industry.

- Apply design principles, color theory, composition, and typography expertise.

- Cultivate teamwork and collaborate cross-functionally to align on deliverable quality and art direction.

- Create eye-catching social media posts and banners to enhance our online presence.

- Design engaging and impactful presentations for internal and external use.

- Generate templates for various marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and newsletters.

- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

- Experience in creating brand books and maintaining brand consistency.

- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.

- Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills.

Additional Skills (nice to have):

- Basic video editing skills.

- Preferably some knowledge in Premiere & After Effects.

- Familiarity with UI/UX design.

- Ability to work with web design tools and platforms such as Adobe XD or Figma.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
