As CoinTR, offering national and international investment, software, and educational technologies in the field of cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain technologies, we are in search of an experienced Product - Operations Specialist for our office in Maslak, Istanbul.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain technology,
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities,
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and gather requirements,
• Identifying and proposing solutions for obstacles in business processes,
• Directing improvements in workflows and tools,
• Collaborating with other teams to prioritize and resolve product issues,
• Managing product release schedules,
• Resolving customer service issues with relevant teams,
• Communication and organizational skills,
• Proficiency in both Turkish and English (Candidates fluent in Chinese will be prioritized),
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and basic data tracking tools.

Job Description:

• Managing and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the exchange,
• Managing personnel, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing training,
• Designing campaigns, monitoring and managing the process,
• Initiating continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency,
• Collaborating closely with different departments to gather necessary information,
• Supporting the implementation of exchange strategy and setting operational objectives,
• Improving workflows and tools,
• Coordinating interdepartmental efforts to resolve product issues,
• Managing product release schedules,
• Developing budget management and cost reduction strategies,
• Enhancing user satisfaction and addressing user issues,
• Managing risk management processes and ensuring compliance with standards,
• Regularly communicating with senior management and providing reports.
