 Which competences do we expect?

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of working experience, 4 years in  Material Planning field 
  
• Strong knowledge and experience in Material Planning
  
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and especially in excel
• Strong knowledge and experience of SAP
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage team and supervise the results
• Proactively and respectfully addresses issues and concerns directly and honestly
• Quickly understands the need to change his/her behaviours towards human relationships, and individual and managerial behaviors
• Treats all people with dignity and respect
• Male candidates must have completed military service

What will be your responsibilities and duties?

• Manages the entire Material Planning Team
  
• Ensures work distributions and task balances within the team
• Carries out recruitment processes on behalf of the department
• Understands the entire Material Planning process
• Coordinates the delivery of materials at the right time according to short, medium and long term plans with all relevant units such as Production Planning, Production, Purchasing, Marketing & Sales etc.
  
• Quickly adapts to plan changes and generates solutions
• Checks the accurancy and update of material master parameters
• Checks the accuracy of the BOM and bill of materials
• Puts the necessary pressure on the supplier
• Controls whether POs shared with relevant suppliers at the right time and controls its receipt with the correct loading methods
  
• Ensures stock minimization and optimization
• Serves as a bridge between the management and the department, completes the requested reports on time
