We are currently seeking a Business Development Unit Manager  to join our team with the following qualifications:

• BS/BA degree required, Business Administration & Economics or Industrial Engineering is a plus
• MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer-oriented positions
• Good at communication and coordination, teamwork, analytical thinking, highly motivated, multi- task and result and detail-oriented personality
• Knowledge in analysis as well as data management
• A good command of written and spoken English, French is a plus

Job Description

• Leading and supporting strategic business and product development initiatives assigned by the top management,
• Leading new business and product development projects with business lines and potential partners,
• Ensuring the coordination between the related business lines, technical product managers, UX/UI and software development teams throughout the projects, ,
• Ensuring that the projects are put into practice in line within the purpose of achieving the strategic targets and the product roadmaps,
• Supporting key digital transformation programs,
• Identifying opportunities for new business and product development, change management and process improvement,
• Conducting research and benchmark studies to better understand new customer needs, new trends, best practices within the main area of Multinet Up,
• Tracking the technology, digital developments, related sector trends, developing project ideas and collaboration suggestions that will contribute to saving and growth,
• Leading innovation management processes to boost ideation for new business models, services, and solutions,
• Preparing business models and financial feasibility studies for new business and product development projects.
