QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an IT Customer Experience Specialist with the following qualifications to work at the Sabancı University Information Technologies Unit.
The workplace is Sabancı University Campus in Tuzla.
General Qualifications
• Preferably graduated from university departments that provide 4-year formal education such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial and similar engineering departments or Mathematics, Physics, Statistics,
• Preferably with experience in communicating with customers / research / surveys,
• Preferably experienced in data analysis,
• Experienced in using content production tools,
• Strong documentation skills,
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills,
• Strong effective communication skills and team player,
• Fluent in English.
Job description
• Measure customer experience according to needs through experience studies such as surveys, research, customer interviews,
• Ensure tracking of measured Customer Experience scores,
• Examine the accessibility and accessibility of the services offered by IT from the perspective of the end user,
• Follow and support the preparation and updating processes of IT web pages containing information about the services offered by IT,
• Follow the processes of creating user help documents for new services to be used by IT,
• Regularly monitor and report the content and quality of the service provided to users on the business tracking application used by IT,
• Monitor SLAs and create reports for the services provided to users,
• Identify complaint and satisfaction issues at customer contact points and improving these issues,
• Identify customer expectations and needs and produce solutions to meet these needs and expectations,
• Follow applications, technologies and trends related to customer experience,
• Create and maintain a customer-oriented organizational structure and institutional culture.
