Description

Lead based on data – Work with the senior managers to create the Master Data Plan, Data Governance and rules & processes for the organization to follow.
Execute - the agreed system & data plans and processes, by identifying, mapping, acquiring, analysing and cleaning the systems & data, together with monitoring data trends and preparing the data for the upcoming migrations.
Support business teams - Work with the departments to improve system functions, implement dashboards and other processes so KPI’s can be tracked, help analyse and clean data consistently to allow accurate reporting to take place.
Change management – Help identify and track System & Master Data changes and be involved in the change of process from start to finish.
System & Data expert – Educate colleagues and share knowledge on Digital Systems, BI & Data by creating workshops, documentation and SOP’s where possible.
Drive data migration – Own the process of migrating data from legacy systems over to the new ERP system. (Critical for accelerated growth)
Plan for the future – Conceive, plan and implement future data & system projects for Oximio to continue to be a data-driven digital organization.

Qualifications
Degree in business, computer science or mathematics
Fluent in the English language
Experience
5+ years’ experience in Data Analysis and BI
5+ years’ experience in Digital System Analysis
Experience in Priority ERP system is a strong advantage
Has Know-how in preparation and execution of Data and System strategies.
Proven exposure to cross-country & functions transformation projects

Skills & Knowledge
Very Strong proficiency in business & system processes (logistic is a must)
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
Experience in using Tableau, Power BI and or other BI reporting tools.
Great communicator both verbal and written.
Very high attention to details and ability to analyse data and check its accuracy.
Project Management Skills an advantage
Highly motivated, independent
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant stakeholders.
Continuous improvement mindset. Looking for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in work output and decisions.
