Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field.
• At least two year of work experience a similar role in hospitality field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is necessary; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
• Computer knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
• Knowledge of Opera is required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and other team members.
• Superior communication skills
• An ability to listen and respond to demanding guests' needs.
