Junior Executive Assistant (Entry-Level)

Location: Headquarters in Küçükçekmece, Basın Ekspres region, Istanbul

About the Role:

We are offering a unique opportunity for an entry-level Executive Assistant to join our team and work directly with the Chairman of the Board of Directors. This role is perfect for individuals who are early in their careers and looking to gain extensive professional experience. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with additional language skills beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Chairman with daily administrative tasks.

- Learn to manage and prepare detailed reports through guided training.

- Develop key organizational and time management skills.

- Participate in a structured training program aimed at building foundational skills in business management and administration.

- Support team members as skills and confidence develop.

- Demonstrate dynamic and effective job tracking capabilities.

Qualifications:

- University degree required.

- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to utilize advanced features effectively.

- No travel restrictions.

Training and Development:

- Extensive on-the-job training will be provided to develop proficiency in Excel, report creation, and other essential business skills.

Other Requirements:

- Candidates should preferably reside on the European Side of Istanbul. We transportation service available to Avcılar, Bağcılar, Bayrampaşa, Beylikdüzü, Gaziosmanpaşa, Esenler, Sefaköy, and Zeytinburnu.
