Interior Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer/ Interior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in both 3D Max and traditional sketching techniques. As an integral part of our design team, you will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute stunning interior spaces.

Responsibilities:

-      Develop design concepts and presentations using Photoshop or similar software.

-      Create high quality render with using 3D Max, SketchUp, or similar software.

-      Create detailed sketches and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.

-      Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories to enhance the overall design concept.

-      Prepare comprehensive design packages, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications.

-      Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design.

-      Effectively communicate design concepts and recommendations to clients and team members.

-      Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadline.

Qualifications:

-      Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field.

-      Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior design.

-      Proficiency in 3D Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD and similar design software.

-      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

-      Strong organizational and time management skills.

-      Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal).

-      Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and technical skills.
