QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an “IT Support Assistant” who has,
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.
• Good verbal and communication skills in English.
• 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Preferably having Avaya PBX Management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of network, operating systems and virtualization. Microsoft, Cisco, Vmware or other industry certifications preferred.
• Experience in administration of local and Wide Area Networks.
• Experienced with business continuity technologies.
• Experience related to network operating systems, networking standards, computer/network hardware and system design.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Responsible for maintaining and keeping the Company's telecommunication systems (PBX) running with minimal downtime (phones, facsimile).
• Adhere to the company’s Data Privacy and Information Security regulations.
• Oversee the management of the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals. Ensure supported IT systems are stable and available.
• Practice asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment.
• Respond to and resolve difficult inquiries and complaints.
• Train users on computer hardware/software and other electronic office equipment.
• Monitor operational performance and troubleshoot system problems. Isolate the cause of system failures.
• Monitor and support the LAN / WAN.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or Electrical-Electronics Engineering.

İŞ TANIMI
• Set-up and install computer hardware and software ( Adobe Products, Microsoft Windows and Office Family) including disk, tape, printers, modems, and related peripherals.• Responsible for maintaining and keeping the Company's telecommunication systems (PBX) running with minimal downtime (phones, facsimile).
