We are looking for a "IT Support" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Optic”.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Educational Background in University degree of computer science
· Preferably 1 year of experience in IT
· Open and willing to learn and has the ability to research and find the solution of the problems encountered
· Solid experience with MS office software packages
· Solid experience in Microsoft OS
· Preferably experience at least simple SQL queries
· English writing skills to convey the issues to Global Support
· Being able to speak English would be plus
· Efficient troubleshooting abilities
· Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Undertakes the task of solving the problems of all networks, computers, mobile phones, printers, servers, which are under the responsibility of information system processing. In addition, it undertakes some routine reporting, tracking CAPEX devices registered in the IT inventory on a person and department basis, regular data entry and backup tasks.
· Solving local network connection problems and laying cables as needed
· Responsible for resolving IT problems (all applications and drivers installation or uninstallation, train new staff and existing staff) that may arise and/or obtain outside resources that may be needed.
· Analyzing what the problem is and what is affected and try to find solution within the authority. If the problem is beyond our authority, forward the issue to global support and follow up
· Taking regular data and image backups
· Regular data entry and creation of daily, weekly, monthly or timeless reports
· Intervene to UTS, e-invoice, e-archive, e-waybill issues
· Implement security measures
· Tracking CAPEX devices registered in the IT inventory
