SMT Equipment Engineer

As the leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, which has a facility located  in Tuzla; we are looking forward to meeting our new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise and will be responsible for engineering of the phone manufacturing process in our expanding organization as an ‘SMT Equipment Engineer’.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

BS Degree or equivalent related experience, major in Mechatronics, automation, electronics or related,

3-5 years’ experience preferable in a Electronic manufacturing industry, and at least 3 years SMT equipment experience,

Have the ability to SMT equipment maintenance, line changeover, programming and repair/ debug FUJI NXT/Panasonic/Siemens series equipment,

Have the ability of organization, coordination and leadership and good at handling unusual problems,

Must be a self-starter able to work with a minimum of supervision,

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles and practices preferred,

Good English communication and presentation skills (oral and written) are highly preferred,

The successful candidate will have demonstrated abilities in troubleshooting, accountability, decision making and judgement, effective communication and critical thinking,

Male candidates must have completed military service,

Resides on the Asian side (Location is: Tuzla).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Design SMT process flow according to product requirements and process capability, including SMT equipment selection, layout, commissioning, etc,

Analyze and evaluate the production process to determine better process plans and improvement measures, so as to increase production and ensure quality,

Responsible for SMT equipment daily maintenance and repair, including cleaning, spare parts replacement, overhaul, to ensure that the equipment is in a stable and reliable operating state,

Responsible for SMT production line quality control, check SMT quality and make corresponding records to ensure products comply with relevant quality standards,

According to the performance of the SMT machine, assist PE/QA to optimize the process, improve and enhance the process control ability, so as to improve production efficiency and pass yield,

Familiar with production line conversion (machine type conversion), understand the programming of the patch program; Temperature curve setting of reflux furnace. Testing, debugging ,and AOI?SPI?dispensing machine and other equipment operation principle and program design etc,

In the new product development and trial run, responsible for providing SMT technical support, participate in the new product experiment, verification, sample production and other work,

Responsible for SMT production line team management and coordination, assist in planning and task arrangement, ensure production schedule and output reach.
