JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for applying basic human resources progress within plant
• Executing recruitment activities (both white & blue color employees)
• Making analyzes basis on leading human resources functional metrics in order to realizing plant targets;
• Executing 3-6 months Performance Evaluation Process for new comers
• Organize and follow up internship programs (both university & high school)
•  Preparing monthly and weekly HR reports
• Executing white collar orientation process
• Organizing social activities and corporate social responsibility activities within plant

QUALIFICATIONS

• Social Sciences or Industrial Engineering background is preferred
• 1-3 years experience in a related field
• Teamwork oriented, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups
• Very good command of English
