QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Asis Electronics is a fast-growing organization and market leader in smart technology solutions with over 450 employees. Besides Turkey, our portfolio covers countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and South Asia with on-ground operations.

As an R&D and innovation focused company, we are shaping up next generation technology for smart transportation and smart cities. In addition, we are developing applications for automotive, defense, finance, and cyber security industries. 


The role is responsible for implementing a comprehensive business development program including processes and tools that serve to increase and enhance the Company’s revenues and profits. Individual will play a key role in supporting the development of new opportunities in the fintech market as well as partnerships with other service providers.


Responsibilities

Lead the pursuit of and win new business opportunities within the marketplace.

Execute the entire business development process from lead identification, pipeline management, teaming strategy, win themes, proposal development, and price-to-win approaches.

Willingness to bid Task Orders that drop with little warning. Quick strike mentality.

Work alongside and collaborate with Asis CT business unit team members to expand current services.

Aggressively leverage Asis Elektronik's prime to pursue and diversify subcontracting opportunities with small and large businesses.

Meet or exceed annual revenue targets through the capture of new business.

Develop a new business pipeline of opportunities and drive capture and proposal activities on multiple concurrent opportunities.

Expand brand presence in market through identification of and participation in conferences and other networking events.

Conduct client meetings and outreach, working with Service Delivery managers to create innovative, effective approaches

Monitor and evaluate competitors’ activities, competing products, and market conditions

Meet with key clients to maintain relationship as well as negotiate and close deals

Manage, develop and “own” the execution of key account plans and strategies


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business management, scientific, or technical discipline.

Have a minimum of 10 years proven business development in payment systems , banking fintech  industries 

Experience leading and managing Pipelines, Capture Management, Vendor Management and Engagement Management

Tenacity and proficiency with developing long term relationships that grow year over year, always prepared to act as a consultant and resource to customers, recognizing opportunities in customers and prospects, basing decisions on fact and intuition.

Ability to communicate with multiple layers of organizations, including Senior Leadership.

Ability to provide and develop an extensive personal network of industry and government contacts.

Have the “HUNTER” mentality; action-oriented with demonstrated success in achieving established goals such as new business development for both new and existing accounts

Be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a complex customer base and demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes in fast pace environment

Have the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
