We are looking "Human Resources Business Partner" for our company which has located atTuzla.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience; preferably in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Career Management, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment
• Experienced in SAP HR module
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications
• Residing/will be residing in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Partner with department leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives
• Understanding and effectively engaging in all areas of HR (organization development, performance management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, and talent acquisition) in order to provide front-line, day-to-day HR partnership to Managers and associates
• Discussing staff needs, screening applications, conducting interviews and offer process and onboarding
  
• Participating in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers, recommending suitable career
  
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
  
• Acting as the “point of contact” in terms of all HR issues for related account and providing guidance/coaching to employees
