Booktheboat was founded in 2015, offers a large selection of yachts to charter in many destinations in 44 countries worldwide. A total of 12.000 bareboat or crewed motor yacht, gulet, catamaran or sailing yacht to charter from the best supplier partners. 

We are looking for a crewed yacht charter manager to manage relationships with boat owners, tour operators, and hotels in designated area.

Minimum 3 years experience in a sales role in the yacht charter industry with the related network is preferred.

· Submit yacht charter proposals to customers, attend to their questions and concerns, and negotiate charter terms and rates.

· Utilize Booktheboat.com exclusively for communicating with prospects and generating contracts.

· Build long-lasting relationships with our global client base

· Channel feedback from our clients back to the product team to influence product development

· Sort and prioritize prospects, follow up with leads and convert them to contracts on our CRM.

· Act as an advisor to prospects that are looking to charter boats, providing guidance to encourage successful bookings 

· Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing.

 · Assist clients and boat owners with bookings in your region to help coordination of logistics related to the charter.

· Recruit yacht operators to add their vessels and fleets top our website / platform and keep info updated.
