Responsibilities:

As a Process-focused Product Manager at Borusan NEXT, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and effectiveness in our product development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Process Optimization:
• Identify and analyze existing product development processes
• Implement improvements and optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Requirements Management:
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring successful execution of product development initiatives.
• Quality Assurance:
• Work closely with QA teams to establish and maintain quality standards for products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with auto business is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics.
