• Bachelor’s degree
• Solid knowledge in SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office skills
• Fluency in English(both writing & speaking)
• Solid experience in Project Management

Job Description:

• Manage/participate in “new system and system development/improvement Projects”, directly or indirectly related to Finance

  o  Identifying business needs

  o  Clarifying AS-IS processes and systems

  o  Designing/proposing for the TO BE processes and systems

  o  Monitor the Project for time/effort alignment, issues/resolutions, risks/mitigation plans, and change requests;   inform Finance Executives accordingly

  o  Support users for adequate testing

  o  Develop control and check points to ensure sustainability for the developments/improvements done for the   systems.

  o  Liaison with long term plans and strategies and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor   duplicated

  o  Develop or support for developing relevant operating standards, guidelines, and procedures

• Main responsible for maintenance of current Financial Systems, i.e. SAP, Hyperion, E-recon and Skyflow

  o  Gathering and following up the issues ad requests from end-users

  o  Analyzing the need and communicate with the Consultants.

  o  Following the issue and resolution to ensure timely and effective solutions

  o  Ensure for adequate documentation

  o  Backing up the above-mentioned tasks to the extent of resource availability in the Subsidiaries
