Summary of work: Follow-up and operation of all legal processes within the company

Job Description

• The company works in coordination with the outsource law firm to prepare employment contracts, employee contracts, incoming notifications, etc. will take part in the processes of tracking documents and forwarding them to the relevant units.

• To carry out procedures related to the follow-up of cases.

• Carrying out work and transactions related to enforcement proceedings.

• To carry out work and transactions related to other legal processes.

• Carrying out the necessary reporting, information, internal approval and correspondence processes in coordination with the legal department abroad.

• To take timely legal measures to protect the interests of the institution and prevent disputes, and to make suggestions for agreements and contracts to be concluded in accordance with these principles.

• To make suggestions for the preparation of the necessary legal proposals in order to better realize the objectives of the institution and ensure that it works in accordance with the legislation, plan and program.

• To be responsible for the protection of all records, documents and values related to the field of duty, to create and organize archives, to present relevant documents and information when necessary.
