Job Identification:

We are now seeking for a Customer Supply Chain Executive to be part of our Supply Chain  team in Istanbul.

What We Expect:

Proficient in utilizing reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel for data analysis and visualization.

Excellent understanding of supply chain processes including logistics, order management, and customer collaboration.

Proven experience in managing key accounts and handling high-volume order-to-delivery cycles.

Proficiency in using Electronic Data Interchange systems for online order processing.

Familiarity with Customer Supply Network Planning and able to optimize product-customer combinations based on cost efficiency.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across different departments, including sales, marketing, supply, and procurement.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead digital technologies projects.

Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of maintaining strong customer relationships and improving service levels.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate service level parameters with customers.

Willingness to travel periodically for customer visits and alignments.

An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management or related field.

Prior experience with co-packer operations management.

Certifications in Project Management or similar fields.

Understanding of the FMCG sector and its specific customer service requirements and challenges.

Familiarity with the latest digital technologies in the area of Order Management, Logistics, and Customer Collaboration.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial) , Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related field within the FMCG industry.

Good command of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)

Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken

Locate / willing to locate in Istanbul
