Project Support

• University degree
• Native level of German and good command of English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Relevant experience within an Administrator/Support role
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to analyze and present information
• Good communication and organization skills
• Problem solving skills
• Able to work in flexible hours

İŞ TANIMI

• Supporting the internal project and Program Manager of the Project Management Organization Europe
• Administrating Project Log Files (e.g. Action tracking, Risk Management Register) and Producing Project Update Reports
• Documentation in MS Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Visio, Word, MS Project)
• Creating templates and project related presentations
• Research of various subjects
• General administrative support (e.g. organizing and tracking meetings, minutes of meetings, SharePoint administration)
• Assist the Project Manager and Team Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans
• Compile reviews and analyzes data, generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
• Define and document procedures in accordance and design process work flow

Dimensions and Organizational Relationships:

You will be reporting to the  Project Management Organization Europe.
The role will be based in Istanbul, Turkey.
