About the job

As Trade Marketing Executive, you will play an important role in driving the company to its goals through implementing plans to deliver channel growth., shopper, and customer requirements for Traditional Trade.

In the context of your job, you will report to Trade Marketing & Sales Operations Manager and be directly responsible for the following:
• Develop Trade Marketing plans inline with Marketing strategy and Sales priorities.
• Ensure the identification and implementation of trade marketing strategies and plans.
• Communicate with the sales team in order to ensure right implementation of trade marketing activities, incentives, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to deploy visibility at the right POS.
• Report sales needs and field intelligence and identify White spaces.
• Plan sales and promotion budget to ensure efficient spending.
• Closely track and analyze promotion / POS effectiveness and provide measures accordingly
• Implement NPD positioning and launches in the field, answering the needs of customers
• Track TOT materials and content in line with marketing strategy and regional needs.

About you

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

• Relevant working experience in FMCG, especially in Traditional Channel or Trade Marketing (Traditional Trade)
• Ambition to drive and create successful results
• Result-oriented business focus through commitment and enthusiasm
• Good verbal, written, and communications skill
• Good in negotiation and able to inspire others
• Good written and spoken English
• Good computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
