Under Taxim Capital’s ownership, Doğanay will accelerate its growth with a forward-looking and institutionalized management, add many other authentic Anatolian tastes to its portfolio, help them grow nationally, and finally introduce those tastes to the peoples of wider geographies. Thus, as a global producer of local and traditional tastes, Doğanay will seek out to help Turkey play a wider role in the global F&B sector.

 

Job Description:

 

·        Develop short and mid-term brand strategies including new launches, core business development and communication platforms for all Doğanay brands

·        Ensure flawless execution of all brand activation programs working closely with cross-functional teams:

·        Internal: R&D, Finance, Procurement, Insights, Commercialization, Sales, Trade Marketing, etc.

·        External: Creative Agency, Digital, SM, Media, PR, Activation, Insights agencies, etc.

·        Collaborate with commercial teams for both planning short & mid-term initiatives and aligning on flawless execution of them

·        Lead development of the commercial strategy for the new product / packaging / equipment / service including pricing, promotional strategy, distribution, merchandising,

·        Own brands’ A&M budget and ensure efficient & effective planning

·        Responsible for the P&L of the brands

·        Coordinate long term brand strategies and planning

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

·        Experience at least 5 years brand management career in the FMCG industry

·        Having strong analytical and conceptual skills

·        Having superior communication skills

·        Having a strong and authentic business sense and the desire to achieve targets

·        Fluent in English
