Qualifications

•         Able to understand the Advance Product Quality plan (APQP) and development phase gate milestones

•         Skill level should be an expert on tower knowledge who can able to guide the cross functional team  in any kind of need towards quality problem solving.

•         Should have experience into Tower component development
•         In depth knowledge of problem solving methodology i.e. 8D/CAPA, RCA, Ishikawa, why-why,5Why…
•         Advance Level English is mandatory and knowledge of German + Local language is an added advantage
