Hotel Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager for Radisson Blu Niamey Hotel in Niger with the following qualifications;

General Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related relevant departments,
• 10+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, and budgeting & reporting (Radisson's experience is an asset),
• Previous hospitality industry experience will be advantageous,
• Proficiency in English is a must. French would be a plus,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to perform duties with limited supervision,
• Deadline-orientated with attention to detail,
• Hands-on, proactive approach,
• Assertiveness,
• Ability to communicate accounting matters with all levels,
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

•  Planning, organizing, managing and executing the finances and financial goals of the hotel,
• Managing the accounting department,
• Forecasting budgets,
• Preparing management reports,
• Managing cash flow and account receivables,
• Keeping accurate records of hotel accounts,
• Compliance with government regulations (like tax),
• Maintaining relationships with relevant banks and insurance companies.
