For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for highly qualified and experiencedSenior Plant Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Controlling, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant business experience necessary.
• Experience in controlling projects and activities is necessary.
• Ideally experience in cost, general accounting, and budgeting in a global process-driven manufacturing company.
• Ability to work on own initiative with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Planning and organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Written communication skills with proven experience in a variety of written forms including policy documents, web content, correspondence, and business cases.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English with the ability to convey and explain complex policies and guidelines.
• Knowledge of production costing methodology, experience in profitability analysis, and product cost calculation.
• Very good knowledge in SAP FI/CO and ERP understanding relative to operational transactions.
• Knowledge of business intelligence applications desirable.

Job Description

• Provide support for various activities within the Operations Unit.
• Handle business requests and KPI’s.
• Conduct production controlling activities including analysis of production efficiency, capacity, routings, and shifts utilization.
• Analyse actual product costs and production orders, investigating differences between standard and actual production costs.
• Maintain SAP master data.
• Prepare budgets, validate forecasts, and ensure profitability calculations on both operational unit and product levels.
• Oversee entire controlling activities of the production site in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide tools and support for planning, monitoring costs and efficiency, and demonstrating cost impacts of planned activities.
• Ensure accurate internal reporting including cost accounting, financial planning, controlling, financial management, and headcount planning in alignment with HR.
• Review and analyse forecasts to define financial measures and priorities.
• Assist FI/CO-Lead in measuring financial operating performance and results against budget.
• Ensure compliance with global standardized processes and procedures.
• Evaluate and confirm cost-saving initiatives within the track excellence tool and perform saving calculations.
• Collaborate closely with asset accounting for asset controlling.
• Lead annual and quarterly CAPEX process, analysing profitability especially for investments, make or buy decisions, and cost-saving measures.
• Organize and participate in stocktakes and review inventory.
• Coordinate with Controlling teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting between Actual and Budget.
• Provide value-adding financial information for strategic decision-making.
• Enhance tools and processes to realize company targets efficiently and cost-effectively in alignment with cluster finance.
• Improve financial and operational reporting using SAP financial systems and Business Intelligence cubes.
• Collaborate with Global controlling and Finance department to strengthen functional alignment with HQ and develop controlling competency within the country/sub-cluster.
