We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a Logistics Specialist in our Head Office within the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Logistics etc.
• Having 2 years of experiences in order management, shipment planning, logistics, import, warehousing and distribution
• Advanced level of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analyzing, organizational and problem solving skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing and optimizing supply chain processes together with 3PL partners
• Prepare and follow up annual logistics budget
• Maintain and communicate knowledge of all rules and regulations governing the movement of freight and industry trends and practices
• Working in close collaboration with merchandising&planning and sales departments
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines and company internal policies
• Following up the organization of customs clearance process working in coordination with customs broker
• Preparing the reports of transportation, customs operations and warehousing related to foreign trade and present them to management
