General Qualifications:

• Graduated from engineering faculties of universities and preferably automotive and mechanical engineering departments,
• He has worked for at least 10 years as a Quality Control  executive in companies that are suppliers to automotive and OEMs.
• Familiar with the culture of working with OEM
• Proficient in ISO 9001 and TS 16949 standards and the process structure required by the standard,
• Experienced in basic processes such as APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, BITE, MSA, SPC, PPAP,
• Knowledge of ERP Systems
• Have a very good command of English due to the fact that the customers are International
• Prone to teamwork, Able to coordinate between teams
• Have communication and organizational competencies,
• Experienced in Reporting and Presentation techniques
• Innovative, aiming to continuously improve itself and its business,
• Able to use MS Programs well
• Having a customer-oriented working approach,
• Has a holistic perspective, is attentive to details, prone to teamwork
• Advanced planning, organization and coordination skills,
• Skilled in problem solving, analytical thinking and result-oriented work,
• Will be able to adapt to flexible working hours in accordance with the requirements of the job in certain periods,
• Having a Class B Driver's License and being able to drive actively,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Residing or able to reside in Konya

Job Description:

• Planning and managing customer quality issues according to APQP processes
• Working in integration with the Project Team, carrying out all Quality Control issues of new projects.
• Preparation of basic quality documents such as ISIR and PPAP for sample and serialized products.
• According to customer notices and complaints, 5N, 8D Managing and executing basic problem-solving processes such as
• Following up on quality-related issues in meetings with customers and video conferencing, planning, monitoring and reporting the necessary work within the team 
• To provide the necessary infrastructure and continuity for the effective and efficient operation of the Quality Control Team
• To ensure the continuous development of laboratory equipment in line with the needs
• To work to increase the equipment of the team in line with the needs,
• Researching applications on behalf of the Department in digitalization studies and leading the team in this regard,
• To ensure that nonconformities are eliminated by holding regular meetings with the team,
• Participate in Supplier and Customer audits/visits if needed
• To follow the performance indicators of the process and to ensure that timely action is taken.
