We are looking for a “Restaurant Manager” who will be responsible for our restaurant to be opened in Etiler.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration, Hospitality Management etc.),
• At least 7 years of experience in restaurant management ,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Strong communications, organizational and problem solving skills,
• Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments,
• Adapting to flexible working hours,
• Living or able to live in İstanbul,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIBTION

• Responsible for customer satisfaction with excellent standards of food and beverage quality, service, cleanliness, and safety,
• Ensuring that the necessary preparations before opening and service are complete,
• Supporting the general functioning order of the restaurant, and service management and coordination,
• Responsible for achieving the objectives of the operation,
• Following the weekly team’s working arrangement and performance, analyzing and meeting team requirements
• Leading, motivating, and coaching his/her team for maximum performance,
• Supporting the preparation of the annual budget, planning expenditures, analyzing and correcting deviations.
