QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Corporate Marketing Manager  

 

BACKGROUND

 

Grand Medical Group AG is a group of pharmaceutical companies specialized in the development, production and introduction into medical practice of modern innovative products based on organic, synthetic and herbal compounds.

The company entered the pharmaceutical markets in 2002. Since that time the company’s portfolio has been expanded, and new products are actively introduced not only to rapidly developing markets but also to mature markets of Central, Western and Southern Europe and Asia.

GMG is seeking for a high skilled team members for its international marketing team.

 

Qualifications

-          BA Degree or equivalent, ideally in Life Sciences or a related discipline.

-          Minimum 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing as a Product Manager or Brand Manager.

-          Strong technical skills and an in-depth understanding of marketing including strategic business planning processes and project management experience, experience of developing and implementing effective marketing plans.

-          Strong understanding of marketing and sales force needs in multicultural environment.

-          Change oriented, able to modify strategies according to priorities in the short, medium and long-term.

-          To be able to prepare visual aids, and literature for detailing and communication plan as master brand promotional tools.

-          Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, is essential.

 

Requirements

-          Knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketng in Urology, Gyneacology and Neurology areas.  

-          Team Management Experience is a big plus.

-          Basic process knowledge and communication skills related to clinical trials.

-          Successful track record in launching new products/line extensions/indications would be preferred.

Responsibilities

-          As the leader of the corporate marketing team and as a company brand leader, cooperating with local marketing teams to prepare and adapt the Global Marketing strategy for the products of company.

-          Develop strategic marketing plans including pricing and promotional planning and plan and maintain budget for all  products and coordinate with corporate brand managers to evaluate all commercial specifications and ensure compliance to global marketing strategy.

-          Coordinate with global managers and prepare strategies to achieve growth in markets, assist local marketing temas to evaluate product scope and processes and ensure best practices for all product lines and associate tools and processes.

-          Lead international brand managers and local product managers to prepare marketing communication and medical communication strategies for new and existing products.

-          To structure scientific marketing strategies and tools that will first extract the scientific characteristics of products and are fully compatible with evidence-based medical practices, including post-marketing clinical researchs.
