Hepsiburada is looking for new Strategy Executive to join its growing Strategy Team!

Strategy team is the connective tissue that ensures our fast-moving business works seamlessly across the core e-commerce business and our growing verticals such as Hepsipay, HepsiExpress and HepsiGlobal. It is -by definition- cross-functional and you get a visibility of the top-level decision making and how those decisions are being executed. The team works very closely with the CEO, all C-level executives and business leaders. The team rewards agility, proactivity and never-ending desire for self-development. Surely, it’s much more than a corporate strategy team, with strategic thinking and execution at center stage.

As a Strategy Executive:

• You will independently structure problems, conduct analysis and deliver recommendations working collaboratively with all Hepsiburada functions ranging from product, UX, growth, marketing, commercial, marketplace to vertical businesses.
• You will play a key role in solving day-to-day business problems or executing strategic ideas such as market expansions, new business ideas or launches
• You will drive your own projects with minimum supervision of Strategy Leaders and engage and partner with company leadership at all levels
• You will play a central role in M&A processes, including conducting due diligence, assessing strategic fit to Hepsiburada, building models, and reporting directly to the leadership
• You will have a great understanding of what is going on in the industry, both in Turkey and abroad, and understand the competitive landscape
• You will collaborate with partnership management teams to discover potential strategic alliances with third parties and support the management of partnership projects
• You will embrace relevant KPIs for different business units while assessing and prioritizing the ones relevant for the success of your projects
• You will uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to increase productivity and accelerate execution
• You will be responsible for multiple projects at the same time while becoming a role model for Strategy Specialist and Senior Specialists
• You will constantly stay on top of weekly and daily progress of what you do and get support when you need it the most

If you are a Strategy Team member at Hepsiburada, then:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics from a reputable university (MBA or an equivalent master’s degree is a plus)
• You have multiple years of experience at a leading management consulting firm, investment advisory or at strategy/business development teams of technology firms, or a large corporate
• You are a strong team player who is also an independent thinker
• You have excellent analytical skills to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision,
• You have an excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Turkish and English)
• You are able to take charge and initiative in the tasks you are involved in when needed
• You are able to multitask and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology
• You have an excellent command of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Experience in multinational work environment is a plus
• Prior experience in e-commerce or similar industry is a plus
• Prior experience in data analysis (SQL) and visualization tools is a plus
