We seek for '’Field Service Engineer'' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy; Transformer Service in Kartal in İstanbul location with below;

Responsibilities:

• Perform site testing & commissioning of power & distribution transformers,
• Perform field service activities including trouble - shooting, maintenance, site expertise.
• Getting the purchasing code of the transformer for spare part from SAP, Archive and prepare and send these codes to sales team for the offer.
• Technical support for customers, sales team and partners,
• Perform site works following service plan according to Hitachi Energy’s technical, commercial and health & safety standards.
• Perform trainings to customer at site and at Hitachi Energy facilities.

Your background

• University Degree in Electrical Engineering,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Knowledge in MS Office programs,
• Experience in transformer service business,
• Team working, technically oriented, analytical, communicate effectively, customer oriented,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills.
