Now we are looking for an enthusiastic team players to join our international team as a full time “Project Management Trainer” who is willing to contribute to the development of IAS Business Academy, in Istanbul office, by providing the best training experience to our customers, business partners and colleagues.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate Project Management training,
• Design & develop customized content for end-user and expert trainings for Project Management,
• Deliver/facilitate Project Management training and caniasERP Project Management module’s training on how to use project management tools and methodologies to meet the customer needs, 
• Translate the contents related to training, if required,
• Conducting distance training using video conferencing technology,
• Evaluate and follow up the training programs, 
• Help employees improve upon or enhance existing skills
• Take an active role in developing new training projects, 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Educational Sciences or Information Technology,
• At least three years of experience in Project Management,
• Strong presentation skills: ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand,
• General knowledge of project management best practice and principles and tools
• Experience in running projects by using agile & scrum methodology,
• PMP Certification including demonstrated proficiency with project management scheduling software
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English: ability to facilitate in English,
• Able to domestic and international travel,
• Knowledge of ERP processes and systems is highly appreciated
