Assistant Reseption Manager

We are looking for Assistant Reservation&Reception  Manager to join our Hakkasan restaurant team, one of the world-renowned representatives of Cantonese cuisine, located in Mandarin Oriental, İstanbul.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maximise occupancy levels by reviewing and revising revenue strategies

Ensure all reservation details are correctly entered into the property management systems and that guest information is accurately maintained

Taking / Confirming reservations & large party bookings

Answer all enquiries, in a professional and consistent way, ensuring all the guests needs are identified and options are pro-actively suggested

Ensure Team Members are developed effectively and generate a culture of high-quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts

Promote seasonal packages and current promotions to our guests

Assist in the recruiting, managing, training and developing of the Team

Participate in the organisation of restaurant promotional activities

Requirements

Previous work experience in a comparable position in a luxury restaurant for a minimum of 3 years. 

Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team positioned to exceed targets

Excellent organisation and planning skills

Accountable and resilient

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Proficiency knowledge of English spoken and written language as well as Turkish language.
