As an Operations Executive and a member of our Forum Aydin Mall Management team, you will be directly reporting to Mall Manager and located in Aydin,Turkey.

    Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage any and all technical issues in order to maintain the interior and exterior of the shopping center in excellent condition in accordance to Multi’s quality standards, service agreements, supervisor directives and annual technical budget
• Ensure proper maintenance of the building structure, all electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, and interior and exterior landscaping
• Assist in developing and actively implementing preventative maintenance programs and consequently monitors and reports on the results
• Ensure that subcontractors and vendors work efficiently and effectively to accomplish maintenance goals and timelines
• Inspect the property on a daily basis and notify responsible parties of the deficiencies or items requiring attention
• Execute a technical review on a monthly basis based on a predetermined checklist
• Maintain and update the asset register for all technical equipment and accurately logs all maintenance, repairs or replacements
• Co-operate with the local authority and other governmental departments to ensure that all applicable codes and regulations are adhered to on the premises
• Ensure that corrective action is taken as necessary upon the advice of insurers, inspectors or others to improve the technical safety features and programs of the center with the ultimate objective of reducing liability exposure
• Monitor tenants to ensure they are adhering to the centers’ operational and technical guidelines

• Provide timely input to the annual budgeting process for all technical related expenses and consequently monitors and controls that actual expenditures are kept within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields (preferably in mechanical or electrical)
• Min. 5 years experience at site
• Very good command of both written and spoken English
• MS Office & AutoCAD knowledge
• Good planning & budgeting skills
• Certified on Energy Management or/and Occupational Safety (preferable)
