Test Automation Engineer / Process Designer

•     BS in Computer Engineering or related fields
•     3+ years of experience in software development and test automation
•     Experience in an automated testing tools, such as SmartBear’s TestComplete, Selenium, LoadTest, etc...
•     Ability to code and write test scripts for: Web UI test automation, Windows Applications test automation, API test automation, Mobile app test automation
•     Experience implementing CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins,
•     Analytical thinker with a hands-on attitude
•     Team player with excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
•     Good verbal and written English skills.
•     Military service should be completed for male candidates
•     Run multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
•     Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and Agile Principles, planning, and life-cycle management.
  
•     Jira and zephyr, secure software development experience is recommended.
•     Experience in UiPath studio and .NET knowledge is a plus
•     Pension or Life Business experience is a plus, 
  
•     Strong documentation and system design experience & skills

Job Description

Will be responsible for developing / maintaining test automations process and strategies for business applications and providing continuous feedback to stakeholders. Will be responsible for complying and improving SDLC Procedures and software architecture.  Will work close to development, system analysis, PM and business teams in order to deliver result in expected timeline. This role is also responsible for working with various technology, performing coding, documenting and executing complete test plans.

•     Developing and defining the automation strategy
•     Generating scripts to perform automated testing cycles
•     Executing and analyzing automation test results
•     Identifying, analyzing and fixing and/or providing immediate feedback for any defects discovered during testing
•     Work with multiple teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
•     Work within a Agile-SCRUM Framework on various projects
•     Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments
•     Participating in all areas of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements analysis through implementation and testing.
•     Using analytical and problem-solving skills to test applications developed in modern programming languages and operating system environments.
•     Creating and executing test cases and procedures on pre-release versions of software to detect and record product defects working in accordance with an established test strategy using system requirement specifications.
•     Reporting system defects, retesting and tracking to closure.
•     Software QA testing, regression, functionality, systems, integration, smoke, etc.
•     Gather, organize and analyze test data
