Maintenance Responsible

As a Maintenance Responsible, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities. You will lead a team of maintenance staff, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained to support the organization's operations.

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Inspect facilities to determine maintenance needs and prioritize repairs
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance services and supplies
• Oversee the maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
• Create and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure regular upkeep of facilities
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders for supplies and materials
• Track maintenance costs and work within budget constraints
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and recorded
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
