QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

You will become a member of the NakitCoins Development Team, working as a system admin and maintain the security of our servers. This role will be a technical position responsible for the installation, maintenance and configuration of the servers supporting infrastructure. This person will function as the technical administrator for the group and work with the development team, and should also have the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Debian 10
  
• Strong experience in Linux administration, performance tuning and support experience
• Strong experience with configuring Identity Management
• Strong experience with implementing webservers such as NginX, AWS etc.
  
• Experience with Debian 10 configuration management tools
• Perform OS upgrades and patch installations
• Strong Shell scripting (bash/ksh, PERL, Python)
• Understanding of Yum and RPM and how to create application repositories and synchronization of application repos
• Experience with ESXi including capacity planning, advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting, and performance management
• Experience with netbackup and Docker implementation experience is a plus
• Experience with monitoring tools such as PM2
• Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet project deadlines
• Must be self-motivated and work well with other people
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal

Bonus Points

• Intermediate or upper level English skills
• Familiarity with encrypting tools, implementing load balancers
  
• General knowledge in Python and JavaScript
  
• Experience with SQL language and Database management
• White-hat hacker
