People and Culture Business Partner

We are looking for a " People and Culture Business Partner ” for our international client, which operates in Retail Industry

Key Responsibilities:

•         Bachelor’s degree preferably from, Economic and Administrative Sciences and Industrial Engineering

•         Minimum 4 years of experience in HR practices (recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent, career management)

•         Recruitment experience is a must

•         Advanced in English

•         Business minded HR professional with a passion to be in the center of all HR related matters of his/her account

Qualifications:

•         Working with department heads and managers to understand the business needs

•         Leading initiatives that benefit the business through increased collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and workforce productivity

•         Implementing people strategies and solutions that support business specific objectives

•         Mitigating people risk and providing HR policy and process adherence

•         Executing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, salary increase and organizational change, development processes for his/her account
