QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to be based in Selimpaşa who will be part of our fast growing team at Seluz Fragrance & Flavor Company.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide a wide range of HR support throughout the whole company
  • Provide support, guidance and coaching to employees and management regarding various human resources topics, employee relation issues, concerns and questions. Build and maintain strong business relationships with all internal clients.
  • Act as a strategic human resources business partner by aligning business objectives with employee and management needs. Successfully balance the competing priorities of the company, its customers and its employees.
  • Provide full-cycle recruitment services for various positions. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation and coordination of job postings and job ads, the conducting of phone interviews, in-person interviews and reference checks, the preparation/presentation of offer letters, new hire orientations and onboarding, and proper/timely follow-up with new employees to elicit feedback to aid with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support with performance and talent management, succession planning, training and development initiatives, performance improvement plans, discipline procedures and terminations.
  • Assist in ensuring the proper and accurate maintenance and review of salary structure, position documentation and the evaluation system.
  • Coordinate disability claim management processes and return to work programs.
  • Provide a variety of support functions, participating in adhoc HR projects and initiatives, including the development, interpretation, implementation and application of Seluz policies and procedures. Ensure legal compliance and current legislative requirements are met.
  • Continuously review and analyze current business processes, procedures, tools and goals, and reconfigure and/or develop new HR methods to improve productivity, efficiency and operational costs. Help predict future challenges and methods to mitigate against risk and waste of resources.
  • Provide proactive support in the delivery of company and HR objectives, identifying gaps, and proposing and implementing solutions to both improve process functionality, efficiency and effectiveness, and mitigate against internal and external risks
  • Lead employee and organization engagement initiatives. Help maintain a positive organizational culture by continually eliciting constructive feedback from employees and management. Work towards improving employee engagement, job satisfaction and company loyalty.
  • Continuously foster a cooperative, transparent and consistent two-way communication process to ensure that the promotion of the most productive, efficient and cost-effective processes are being implemented.
  • Other duties and special HR projects as assigned.


Requirements:


  • University Degree required.
  • Degree in Business or HR related study preferred.
  • Human Resources Post Graduate Certification strongly preferred.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required.
