   TCI, the subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, was established in 2010. The headquarters and manufacturing sites are located in Europe’s largest MRO Center, next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, Türkiye.

   TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Industry, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical/Aerospace,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning
• Preferably worked in the field of aviation,
• Preferably having knowledge of aviation quality standards,
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications,
• Proficient in Excel, Preferably VBA knowledge
• Having ERP experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Ax)
• Able to perform data analysis, documentation, and reporting,
• Strong cross-functional teaming, coordination, and communication skills,
• Good command of E-BOM/M-BOM, MRP, and MPS concepts,

Job description

• Ensuring opening and tracking of relevant work orders by managing the daily production plan,
• Carrying out production planning and development, efficiency analysis studies,
• Following the part flows of the production line according to daily plans, reporting missing and critical parts to the relevant departments,
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports regarding the process,
• Making short and long-term production planning according to order forecasts from the sales team and reporting it to the top management,
• Keeping track of critical stocks according to the delivery times and production rates of the supplied materials,
• Making daily and weekly programs of production lines,
• Ensuring production continuity by taking quick and accurate action against possible planning changes,
• Determining the order of projects and products to start the production line by making a delivery-based production plan and tracking their stocks
