QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate should have experience in a similar function, excellent computer skills, strong interpersonal skills and natural empathy. The successful candidate should be able to speak English fluently and should be results driven, proactive, reliable, resilient and team player.

responsible for the following:

•Meet and greet guests to the firm;

•Arranges teleconference and video conference sessions;

•Making reservation for accommodation, flight and transfers;

•Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;

•Book travel arrangements, application etc.;

•Control the Administrative issues of the Office and the general organization of the Office with Contributing to creating a positive environment for effective team communication;

•Provide support in regard to responding to internal and external requests for information;

•Assisting the Partners of the company.
