We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to support our operational processes to join our rapidly growing team across regions.

What you will be doing :

• Providing operational support in recruitment processes,
• Assisting in screening suitable candidates from career portals,
• Communicating with candidates matching the position and conducting preliminary interviews,
• Supporting in organizing interviews,
• Inputting data into the candidate tracking system and assisting in keeping it up to date.

What we are looking for:

• 3rd or 4th year students in relevant departments such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, and Industrial Engineering,
• Career-oriented in the field of Recruitment,
• Proactive and solution-oriented,
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills,
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented,
• Proficient in English,
• Able to commit to the internship for a minimum of 3 days per week.
