Senior System Design Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Electronics Engineering,

• Master’s Degree is a plus,

• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

• 4+ years of experience in related areas,

• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,

• Result-oriented, establishing cause and effect relationship and thinking analytically,

• Knowledge about at least one of TV/VS/STB/Modem/Wifi design issues,

• Experience in electronic circuit desing,

• Interested in research and willing to follow new technology,

• Knowledge about the layout design rules,

• Knowledge about EMC, Safety, Reliablity Tests,

• Problem solving skills,

• Self-confident, able to take initiative.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Participating in product concept selection studies and conducting concept selection studies in accordance with the target specification,

• Making performance / cost analysis in line with the project requests and to select the most suitable material,

• Drawing circuit diagrams and block diagrams of relevant designs and assisting other employees in the group with schematic drawing,

• Working in coordination with other project groups within the design group to prevent mistakes that may arise,

• Solving the problems by working with application engineering and R&D test groups against the problems that arise during the transfer of the project to production,

• Having knowledge in layout design, to direct people working in this field correctly and to help layout drawing,

• Preparing product tree,

• Running pilot production cards and to take necessary measurements,

• Participating in the tests conducted at international standards regarding the products and to have knowledge about the test stages,

• Determining the guideline standards of the project in order to inform other units and to support their preparation.
